Training center NDT PRO
The company NDT PRO DOO BEOGRAD was founded in April 2008 as a response to the needs of the Serbian economy in the field of training and certification of NDT personnel.
After a year of preparations, the independent certification body SECTOR Cert from Germany, accredited by the German accreditation body (Deutsche Akkreditierungsstelle – DAKKS), authorized our training center to hold first- and second-level courses in the fields of:
- Precision in diagnostics
- Fast response to requests
- Ethics and integrity
- visual testing – VT
- liquid penetrant testing – PT
- magnetic particle testing – MT
- ultrasonic testing – UT
- radiographic testing – RT
The NDT PRO training center becomes part of the European network of centers for training NDT personnel, authorized by Sector Cert.
The first courses were held during March 2009, and to date over 300 certificates have been issued.
For comparison, until March 2009 there were only twenty people in Serbia certified to perform testing by individual non-destructive methods. Today in Serbia there are several hundred people who have completed training and obtained a certificate confirming their competence to perform non-destructive testing work.
The lecturers have many years of experience both in fieldwork and in teaching.

Sector Cert
The company Sector Cert was founded in 1993 as a company for training and certifying personnel engaged in the non-destructive testing of materials. Today Sector Cert is an independent certification house, accredited by the German accreditation agency (Deutsche Akkreditierungsstelle – DAKKS) in accordance with the EN ISO/IEC 17024 standard and authorized in accordance with the pressure equipment directive 97/23/EC. Across Europe, Sector Cert authorizes training centers with the aim of making quality courses for training non-destructive testing personnel easily accessible.

How does the Sector Cert network work?
Courses based on the EN ISO 9712:2012 standard are held in training centers across Europe in an identical manner. This is achieved by:
- training and certifying lecturers and examiners and authorizing training centers;
- using the same textbooks in all training centers;
- using examination tasks from a database containing over 13,000 questions. The exam questions are always selected by Sector Cert or an organization authorized for that purpose by Sector Cert, and not by the employees of the training centers. The certification process, that is, the issuing of certificates to course participants who meet all the conditions, is carried out exclusively by Sector Cert in Germany, based on the criteria defined by the EN ISO 9712:2012 standard.
